Plans
What Individual and Pro each include, and how to move between them.
Plans differ in one thing: which AI jhint may run. Everything else — live transcription on your computer, the conversation window, screenshots, files, history, web search — is the same on both, with no limit on meetings, questions or minutes.

Individual is the whole product with the model that comes with it. It answers on your computer, needs no account anywhere, and nothing you say goes to another company.
Pro adds the choice of engine: your own key with a provider you already pay for, a model you run yourself in Ollama or LM Studio, or the built-in one — you can switch whenever you like. The line is not “does data leave the computer”: Ollama keeps everything local too. It is whether you set the engine up yourself.

What you see in the app on Individual
- Setup never asks how jhint should answer; the built-in model starts downloading as soon as your key is accepted. See Install and set up.
- Settings → LLM Provider still lists every provider, with the ones outside your plan

Proand not selectable. Under the list, one line says what Pro adds and an Upgrade to Pro button opens the plan page.
Moving between plans
Settings → License → Change plan opens the plan page in your browser. It shows the price difference and what happens to the money you have already paid, and the change applies as soon as you confirm.
Moving up gives you the provider list right away. Moving down switches you to the built-in model — your keys stay in your operating system’s protected credential storage, and the Provider tab offers Switch back to … if you change your mind — and frees the second device slot: the computer you change from stays activated.
Changing plans never starts a second trial: the trial is one per email address, whichever plan you start on.
